We were supposed t...I was on jury duty 5 years ago. We were supposed to serve for 3 months. I was selected for the first trial. It lasted two weeks. We were there from 8 in the morning until 8 at night. On the last day we deliberated until 2 in the morning. Because the trial was so intense, the judge excused us from the rest of our obligation.
